Potato Wedges

Who doesn’t like some fries with their burgers! Well, maybe a health conscious vegan that doesn’t care for deep fried vegetables. No longer does that vegan have to run from the fries. These babies are baked, full of nutrition, and delicious!

Ingredients:
3-5 Potatoes
1 Sweet Potato
Olive Oil
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Salt

Directions:
Cut potatoes into wedges. Drizzle with olive oil, and dust with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well and place in prepared baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Turn potatoes over, and bake an additional 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Serve immediately as they don’t keep well as leftovers.
