Tropical Smoothie Bowl

This delicious treat is simply a thick smoothie topped with your favorite add-ons. I like to enjoy smoothie when I’m not terribly hungry, but looking for something to satisfy my tummy with a little something. Served with toast, this combo is one of our family favorites in sunny Florida!


Yields: 3-4 servings
3 frozen bananas (freeze ripe bananas and break them into chunks)
1-2 cups frozen tropical fruit mix
1 can chilled coconut milk
Optional: Add honey for extra sweetener

Blend ingredients until everything is whizzed up well. Serve in a cup if you’re on the go, or pour into a bowl topped with nuts, granola, and fruit.
